So yea, I never thought I would live to see what is happening now. School closing, stores closing, restaurant’s closing and curfews being imposed in major cities, shut in’s, people out of work, toilet paper running out because of hording, protest in our cities. Things are CRAZY!!
I don’t have to tell you because you are experiencing it also…I am a little bit of a conspiracy theorist kind of person. I am not sure our government is really “for the people”. This thinking didn’t just happen for me…I have long believed we have a corrupt government. I am however a…live and let live person! As long as I can live the life I want to with all my freedoms attached, I’m ok with your greed…you go make your millions…just leave me alone to live my truth!
A few years back I started becoming obsessed with…The end of times! Maybe because I started watching “The Walking Dead” go figure! Then Krystal started saying when the apocalypse happens we are walking to Kansas. OK…What? We are not going to walk to Kansas! We do have family in Kansas and I’m sure we would be safe with them. However we currently live in Florida…We are not going to make it to Kansas if something happened with “FOUR KIDS”
I decided to get a ‘bug out bag’, just in case I couldn’t talk her out of it. We needed something to get us through a few days…You know…When we walk to Kansas! We also got a few large kits of seeds to plant our garden. We have everything we need to start a new life.
However times are not quit that bad, Yet! My life really didn’t change much, except having the boys all day long and working with them during virtual school. Krystal started working from home. She set up her desk in her room and didn’t come downstairs until after 5pm. That was great considering she used to get home at 6:30 or 7 before all of this.
The thought of almost all business closing is mind blowing! How can this happen? How can we recover from this economic hit? I know we will recover, we always have. Everyone around us is being very helpful, very kind and caring for other people during these times. That is what we need to bounce back! This gives me hope for a bright future for my Daughter and 4 G-Sons!
